Our mission
Real estate has long been the foundation of wealth in the Kingdom, yet it remained out of reach for most. MANAB lowers the barrier to as little as SAR 1,000, so anyone can own a fraction of a quality, income-producing property and share in its rental income and appreciation.
How we are different
Every opportunity on MANAB is backed by a real title deed (صك) fractionalised and recorded with the Saudi real estate registry. Structures are reviewed by our Shariah board, and properties are sourced, managed, and maintained by our team — you simply receive your distributions.
