The terms governing your use of the MANAB platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a verified resident or citizen of Saudi Arabia to invest through MANAB. Identity verification via Nafath is required before any investment.

Investments

All investments are made in fractional, deed-backed property shares. Projected returns are estimates, not guarantees. Each opportunity is subject to its own terms, lock-up period, and fees, which are disclosed before you invest.

Fees

MANAB charges a transparent platform fee per transaction, disclosed at checkout. Property management and maintenance costs are reflected in the net distributions you receive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the regulations of the Real Estate General Authority (REGA). Any disputes are subject to the competent Saudi courts.
